Avedi Musungu is a Consultant, active thinker/intellectual and aspiring writer based in Nairobi Kenya with eclectic interests in Philosophy, Public Policy & Governance, Financial Technology among others. Until May 2021, he worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and is currently preparing to apply and transition into a Graduate degree program in the coming year.

Avedi was drawn to the Future Africa Fellowship after a period of frustration with his frustration, apathy and helplessness towards the state of governance and quality of leadership in his home country. This specific frustration was shared, to his pleasant surprise, by a number of brilliant individuals across Africa who later became fellow ‘Fellows’ in the program. Through this fellowship,

Avedi hopes to sharpen his thinking and activate a philosophical foundation for future activism in the public sphere as a public intellectual and Public Policy practitioner.
