#MyFutureAfrica
What is your imagination of Africa’s future? What inspires you about our present? What would you love to create for Africa’s future? How would you celebrate this underrated continent? Join the #MyFutureAfrica campaign today!
Africa is a continent bursting with endless riches of people, cultures, communities and resources. In spite of the predominantly negative narrative about the continent in the world, Africans have grown to celebrate the uniqueness which emanates from within our borders through our flamboyant displays at ceremonies, our elaborate social rituals and the bright colours which adorn our flags. Africa’s political, economic and social future will be shaped by Africans who are enthusiastic about celebrating what is uniquely African as they work hand-in-hand with others to develop our continent.
Through the #MyFutureAfrica campaign, young Africans are challenged to showcase their image of Africa’s future through photography, art, poetry and prose.
