Godfrey Jnr Malongo

Godfrey is a vibrant youth leader, advocate and Changemaker, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies minor Human Rights from the University of Livingstonia in Malawi and is a fellow of the Institute of Emerging Civil Society Leaders and the Changemakers programme by Youth Wave Malawi. He is very passionate about addressing inequalities in regards to women’s rights and has interests in youth participation and SRHR. With experience in community development and human rights, Godfrey is working towards creating a strong and meaningful voice for young people and women in Malawian communities.

In his quest to advocate for increased meaningful youth participation, He is mobilising young people to participate in local governance structures so as to create a united youth voice. He is also focused on SRHR advocacy and the improvement of other health outcomes in Malawian communities.
