Louis N. Kandahura

Ninsiima Louis Kandahura is a first year law student at Makerere University. He attended his Advanced level secondary education at Seeta High School and Ordinary Level secondary education at St. Mary’s College Kisubi all based in Uganda. His areas of focus are to learn more about the legal sector both locally and internationally with emphasis on people’s human rights. Louis is an aspiring human rights activist and has participated in the Maputo Protocol essay writing Competitions on the fight for rights of girls and women in Africa. He has participated in human rights moot court competition. He is an active member of the Rotaract club of Makerere University and also the United Nation Association of Uganda Makerere University Chapter. 

His goal is to participate in the formulation of a future Africa where public policies have an agenda setting, actual formulation, defined legitimation, on-ground implementation and public evaluation but with reduced controversies to host the interest of all peoples.
