Providence N. Thusabantu

Providence Thusabantu is a young woman who is hardworking and self-motivated. She is determined to become a social entrepreneur. Ms Thusabantu is a philanthropist who has engaged in many projects, such as the Paediatric Cancer Awareness Campaign and Flowers of Hope Donation Drive among others, that have helped people who are underprivileged. She is a self made entrepreneur who makes money through retailing products so that she gains money to pay for some of the children whose educational rights have been denied that she and her friends sponsor. 

Providence is an incredible award winning orator and very empathetic person with tremendous communication and leadership skills. Right now, she is on a gap year at the STAR Leadership Academy (SLA) doing a Leadership and Entrepreneurship Course. She hopes to pursue her A Level next year and later a degree in the Social Sciences. Providence is a particularly curious lady who is very creative. Her inquisitive nature makes her very eager to learn. One could say she has a hunger for knowledge. In her spare time she enjoys reading books, listening to music and writing songs and most of all spending time with friends and family. Providence is an active member of the Leadership Experience Opportunity (LEO), a volunteer in Special Olympics Zimbabwe, a member of the Helping Cub Foundation, a member of the SLA Model United Nations, a member of GlobeStartup connect and part of the SLA Junior Achievement company.
