Nkosinomusa Theodorah Tshili

Nkosinomusa Theodorah Tshili is a confident, hardworking enthusiastic Social Entrepreneur, Researcher and Development Practitioner who is very passionate about Human rights, Gender Equality, Youth Emancipation and Sustainable Development. She holds an MSc Degree in Development Studies. She works in different capacities which include serving as Founder of La Reine Theodorah P/LTD, Executive Director for DivineJoy Families Destiny Dialogue Foundation, Global Youth Ambassador for Theirworld Foundation, Secretary for InterReligious Commonwealth Youth Alliance, Consultant for Jumuisha Tanzania Initiative and other different organization around the globe.

She is an inspirational Coach, a United Nations 59TH Graduate Study Program Alumna, an African ChangeMakers Alumna, World Youth Alliance Certified Member, YALI Member and InterReligious Commonwealth Youth Alliance Member. Her strength lies in planning and creating initiatives that are centred on eradicating gender based violence, all forms of poverty, promoting early childhood education, equality, equity, skills for the future, community development, women and youth emancipation as well as advocating for human rights especially of the most vulnerable groups from different population groups.

Nkosinomusa strongly believes her involvement in the Future Africa Fellowship will help her cultivate her thinking and shape it towards designing policies aimed at positively impacting humanity in Africa and beyond.
