John Ewotu (Uganda) is an undergraduate student at Georgetown University in Qatar pursuing studies in International Affairs and Politics. He is a graduate of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) in Johannesburg, South Africa where he acquired a Diploma in African Studies, Writing and Rhetoric and Entrepreneurial Leadership. While at ALA, John was served as Deputy Chairperson for the African Leadership Academy Model African Union where he led a team of 10 students who researched political, social and economic issues of African significance and wrote papers that guided conference participants. Besides his keen interest in International Affairs and Diplomacy, he is also a Digital Marketing enthusiast.

He currently works as a Strategic Communications Consultant for Startups and NGO’s in Uganda some of which include Junior Achievement Uganda and Uganics Repellents Ltd.
