Takunda is a young professional in the investment banking industry, with a particular focus on Change Management and Initiatives. He was born in Zimbabwe and he has also lived in South Africa and the USA to date. At the age of 16, Takunda co-founded a non-profit organization in his community which was centered on empowering youth from disadvantaged backgrounds to self-start projects and businesses. He remains passionate about creating systematic change for those whose daily existence remains a struggle.

He is a founding member of Future Africa and chairs the Ambassador Advisory Board at Global Citizens Initiative (GCI). Takunda is a graduate of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) in South Africa, as well as the University of Notre Dame in the USA. He currently works for Goldman Sachs as an Analyst.
